Yoonji Choi
Co-Founder
Yoonji is an SFU Beedie School of Business student concentrating in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and specifically working towards certification in Sustainable Development & Technology Entrepreneurship.
Yoonij's motivation for Cultivate Inclusivity derives from an interaction she had with an individual who faced barriers to employment. This individual showed Yoonji a clean white shirt that he carried around in case he received the opportunity for a job interview. Yoonji is passionate about creating inclusive opportunities for all individuals.
Bradley Sarandi
Co-Founder
Bradley is an SFU student majoring in Human Geography and concentrating on Society and the Environment with minors in Dialogue and Development and Sustainability. Bradley also has two certificates in Urban Studies and Environmental Literacy.

Bradley continues to be inspired by what individuals can do when given the opportunity. Bradley is passionate about empowering the Downtown Eastside (DTES) community and destigmatize the many assumptions that many have about the community members.

Claire is an SFU Beedie School of Business student concentrating in Marketing and working towards her Entrepreneurship & Innovation certificate.

Claire believes everyone has the potential to succeed; however, not everyone gets the opportunity. Cultivate is working to provide those individuals the chance for employment and a greater future. Claire is passionate about fostering a more inclusive, positive community and believes Cultivate Inclusivity is on the path to making great change.
